21 Day Detox Program

Why do a detox and are they actually healthy? Toxins are unavoidable in our world today; air pollution, chemicals on non-organic food, medication, plastic, fabrics, skin care products and the list goes on. Common symptoms of toxicity include recurrent headaches, skin conditions (e.g. acne), muscle aches and pains, fatigue and lethargy, poor concentration and short term memory, anxiety and mood swings or difficulty shifting weight.

A detox can be great way to cleanse and remove these toxins from the body but complete detoxification is a complex process and it's not as simple as 3 days of sipping on juice. It's one thing to draw the toxins out, but there are essential factors needed to allow these toxins to be removed from the body. 

This is where our program is different! Steph and I will guide you every step of the way to successfully complete phase 1 (detoxification) and phase 2 (elimination) to ensure the full detox process is achieved and you are not left with the toxins floating around in your system! The program includes all of the essential nutrients, exercises, activities and products to ensure that the detox process is achieved and toxins are successfully eliminated from the body.

The program will include: 

  • Eating plan and recipes: Designed to reduce the burden on the liver and gut, provide antioxidants to fight oxidative stress, and ensure enough essential amino acids are available for toxin elimination. Recipes are easy to prepare but most of all are DELICIOUS! 

  • Exercise Plan: Created specifically for detoxing bodies and appropriate for beginners and advanced exercisers. 

  • Detox gift pack: Our own blend of organic & therapeutic detox tea with a tea infuser, plus a pack of RAW Amazonia natural protein powder to support all pathways of elimination including liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and blood, as well as supporting the gut.  

  • Unlimited support: From myself, a qualified Naturopath & Nutritionist Steph Wearne with access to our individual email addresses, an open forum support group, plus encouragement of questions at any time answered directly by myself and Steph.
